(Kimchi, seared lamb with mountain wasabi and ponzu sauce)

☆Three types of Hokkaido Suffolk lamb

(The meat content will change depending on the day's stock, and may include lamb ribs, lamb thighs, lamb loins, etc.)

★Australian lamb chops

(Lamb chops and lamb bacon for each person)

☆Assortment of fresh vegetables

★Final course: Delicious grilled lamb loin sushi

(Vanilla, Yuzu sherbet, etc., change daily)

We can also bring rice to those who wish. Second helpings are also available (we use Koshihikari rice from Niigata Prefecture).

*This is a course that includes food only.

All-you-can-drink is available for an additional 2,000 yen per person for 120 minutes (last orders 20 minutes before closing).
