~ Course content ~

★2 types of appetizers

(Kimchi, seared lamb with mountain wasabi and ponzu sauce)

☆ Two types of raw lamb from Hokkaido and Australian lamb chops

(Two types of Hokkaido cuts, such as shoulder loin and rib, and Australian lamb chops for each person)

★Assortment of fresh vegetables

☆ Finish with rice in mountain wasabi sauce

★ Dessert

(Vanilla ice cream, yuzu sorbet, etc. change daily)

We can also bring rice to those who wish. Second helpings are also available (we use Koshihikari rice from Niigata Prefecture).

*All-you-can-drink is available for 120 minutes (last order 20 minutes before closing).
